About Us 

REALM was officially launched in 2007 after 12 years of independent collaboration between founders Robin Eggert, MA and Dr. Judy Jewison, OP. Together, they have worked with a wide variety of non-profit senior health and housing providers, and women religious congregations to effectively drive new ways of “thinking, being, and doing.”  In the process, REALM encourages organizations to evaluate themselves in different ways and to consider and adopt innovative methods for working that enables them to create a new future and serve their stakeholders more effectively.

REALM’s primary goal for the time of engagement is to be a member of their clients’ extended teams, becoming a valued partner that makes a significant and measurable impact on the organization and in turn, on their clients.
