REALM has developed a team of professionals that are located across the United States and encompasses a wide array of educational and professional backgrounds. From business consulting to communication, IT to marketing, REALM engages a strong team that shares deep passions for problem solving and making organizational impacts. The team’s combined experiences and scholarship has helped them to enable their clients to reach beyond their present operations to the boundless future that they desire – for themselves and for the stakeholders they serve.

The REALM team works under the leadership of Robin Eggert, MA and Dr. Judy Jewison, OP. After 12 years of independent collaboration, Ms. Eggert and Dr. Jewison created REALM to help open the realm of possibilities to the leaders of non-profit companies that serve the older adult populations. Both of REALM’s founding leaders are passionate about leadership, ongoing education, and innovative change that helps organizations plan a thriving future.
